Motorcycle Mechanic / Technician - FULL TIME

Ideal Candidate

​   ► Preference given to 310G licensed technician or apprentice with all current paperwork            and certificates.

   ► Minimum 2 years work experience in the motorcycle service industry.
   ► High school diploma with additional education in the powersport trade is preferred.
   ► Valid M or M2 motorcycle license with a clean driver's abstract.
   ► Self-motivated individual who takes pride in their workmanship with a high focus on                attention to detail.
   ► Must have your own set of professional tools (specialty tools provided by shop).
   ► Reliable, honest and punctual.
   ► Passionate about motorcycles.

Duties & Responsibilities

​   ► Perform maintenance, diagnostics, service and repairs on a wide range of motorcycles            year 2000 and newer.
​   ► Work in a fast paced environment to complete tasks within allocated time frames and              ensure excellent productivity & efficiency.
​   ► Road test motorcycles to identify issues, determine appropriate resolutions and ensure          proper operation upon completion of service.
​   ► Maintain strong communication with manager; promptly inform of progress updates,              parts required to finish a job, delay in any work and / or any problems as they arise.
​   ► Adhere to factory specifications and industry standards while performing all work.
​   ► Sustain a clean work environment to improve efficiency and maintain overall shop                    cleanliness.
​   ► Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
​   ► Uphold ACE MOTO TECH's outstanding industry reputation by adhering to our core                  values and operating principles.
​   ► Perform other assigned tasks as required.
